Rebirthing during challenges? E.G basic

Can you actually rebirth during the challanges to finish them quicker? I did 3 levels of basic without rebirthing an now noticed the No Rebirth challenge. Does that mean i can rebirth?

Yes, you can rebirth, if challenge is not No Rebirth.
Every challenge says all it's restrictions.

Yes, for sure, do rebirths on every challenge that is not the No Rebirth. Even the 24-hour challenge, whose name makes it sound like you might need to meet the goals without doing a rebirth, but in fact, you certainly can do rebirths.

For example, the first 24-hour challenge sounds scary to do, since it even mentions "Failure gets you nothing", but actually you could finish it in way less than 24 hours with the rebirths.
