Is it worth pushing for sadistic?
Right now I am on my way to autokill Exile V2 and my progress in Quirks/Perks have slowed down alot. I am wondering if I should try to get to sadistic as soon as I can for the sadistic ppp Quirk and Welcome to Sadistic Difficulty Perk, then head back to Evil to farm some more.

It depends on what your current goal is I suppose.
I mean, the game is in theory all about getting to the next adventure zone to get its item drops and gold, until you reach the current last titan where you just grind until more content is added.

Maybe ask the reverse question, do you have anything that pushes you to not aim for sadistic?
I don't know how you play so maybe you want to finish all of the perks/quirks/wishes available in evil before considering the next difficulty.
While it is a fairly extreme example that doesn't really help you in terms of progression you get the idea I hope.

If you are speaking about efficiency, there is currently no reason to sacrifice all of your exp towards adventure stats because continuing to increase the stats of the 3 resources gives you quite a bit of progress through hacks and wishes, in turn making your itopod and quests more rewarding as well and you get a loop where everything increases everything else, eventually getting you to sadistic difficulty.

That doesn't mean that you should completely avoid spending exp towards adventure stats, because bridging the gap from exile v2 and idle rad-land allows you to get the rad-land set which will further boost your various stats, or when you are close to v3 (or manual v4) getting there just a bit quicker can definitely help you.
There is also the cap of the cube to consider, when you reached it spending exp in adventure stats can sometimes mean getting double of what you are paying for in exp.

The sadistic difficulty unlocks a bunch of potent bonuses that will fairly quickly multiply your gains in pretty much everything excluding blood magic and attack/defense.
Like with evil, most of the perks and bonuses are tied to that difficulty, meaning that going back to evil means temporarily losing those bonuses, leaving you barely any more powerful than you were when you jumped in the first place.
So the only reason to go back to evil would be to finish challenges you didn't finish before, and unless you got stronger gear from sadistic zones you will probably barely feel a difference compared to doing them before jumping.

TL;DR: Sadistic at all cost is probably not worth it but it is still your mid-term goal to unlock and reach that difficulty.

neither perk/quirk will work back in evil, so not for that reason.

And once you are strong enough to go to sadistic, you have no reason to ever go back. You better have adequate EM to not bleed left and right (namely TM/diggers and initial Sadistic NGU run to compensate the XP loss).

Your QP are mostly based on hacks (R) and wishes (EMR). Your PP will benefit from sadistic but not nearly enough. The prices go up extremely fast, you won't be able to match no matter what. It's better to get used to it. I would not sacrifice the rest just for, well.. not much.

Unless i have some really bad build, you will have to farm anyway, BECAUSE level 300 boss is not enough - you also need to defeat Exile V4 which is no easy task.
Dunno about other players, but i wont reach Exile V4 before getting most of useful perks/quirks/wishes.

All in all, reaching sadistic has no disadvantages. Quite the opposite - more NGU, more PPs, new stuff, some of it available at early phase.

But as i said, i am afraid game is design so clever you cant basically skip some stuff - you will need to grind a lot before reaching sadistic and before doing so, everything useful from Evil you will unlock anyway.

I'm approaching autokill of Exile v3, and can safely say that while I'll have the majority of the good Evil wishes and quirks, I'm going to have over two rows of Evil perks that I won't be even close to being able to afford when I'm eligible for Sadistic.

Maybe my PP is just too weak.

That is pretty much like me and unless you focus f.e. card or hacks heavily on PPs, it is OK.

I'm past autokilling Exile v4 and kind of dragging my feet on getting evil challenges finished before moving on.

I've also been surprised to see my remaining perks in comparison to my remaining quirks and wishes. Near the end of normal or early in evil, it used to be that it always felt like I had been making good progress on perks and lagging way behind on quirks. And right now at the end of evil I have in quirks only two that aren't maxed (stat boost for rich quirks II is level 25 and exp hack milestone reducer I is level 0). Meanwhile, I have 24 perks that aren't maxed, only 6 of which I've got some levels invested in (the R3 III perks and the faster wishes II perk are each past halfway done, adventure boost III is just under halfway done, and stat boost IV has just 10 levels). And in wishes I've got 17 wishes that aren't maxed but they're all in the range of levels 6 to 9.

I'm currently pulling in 8 or 9 perk points per kill (8.777M progress per kill).

UPDATE (a few days later):
And now I've got no wishes left until I start sadistic. I completed everything available to me.
Got a level in the exp hack milestone quirk. The other incomplete quirk is still the same level.
Completed the R3 perk IIIs. That still leaves 21 incomplete perks.
