Both of the spell give you a bonus depending on the total amount of blood spent on them in the current rebirth so it doesn't matter if you do one before the other at the end.
That being said there are cases where you might want to favour one spell over the other first, for example at the start of a rebirth the gold spell has a more direct impact, but if you are going to need drops from a zone or a titan getting the drop chance might be needed more urgently.
In both case there are significant diminishing returns so you tend to use from a few minutes to an hour at most of blood for them since any more than that barely makes the bonus go up but means spending a lot of blood that might be more helpful as number or for the permanent spells (initially just iron pill but later the two macguffin spells as well).
And it doesn't matter if you autocast one then the other, or both at same time (again, it's only true if you have enough blood/second to hit the spell minimum requirements every second it collects).
And obviously you can't turn it on while you have blood already banked as it will be all consumed by the first check. So be sure you tick checks before rebirth. Give them 30-60 minutes and uncheck them to hoard blood for iron pils.
