What does transformable mean?
I just maxed the level of an item and in its description it says "transformable" what does that mean?

It means you can CTRL+Click it and it changes in something else.

that if it is not protected, you can ctrl+click it and it will change into another item. New one is usually stronger. Later this is also used for doing item combinations.

Just do it you will see.
