Report a translation problem
On page 2, the entry directly under "rebirth once!" is the one that records if you did those 3 rebirths already or not.
No clue when as it doesn't specify.
Guess I was a fool hoping for something noteworthy, probably something in wording used in the tutorial.

At that point, if you notice that ingame achievement it can be worth doing since 1 energy power costs a decent amount of exp and the 200 exp is not negligible.
Once you get a bit further and the reward is no longer worth much if anything to you, forget it even exists, you will end up clearing it regardless when you do your last few challenges at the end of normal difficulty (since you would be rebirthing every 3 to 5 minutes about 4-5 times in a row for some challenges at that point and even the first rebirth would be done beyond boss 50 thanks to your various bonuses).
