There are at least two guides if the "WTF do I do?" ingame help are not enough for you.

I don't personally agree with the second link's ratio for exp spending but those guides are pretty good to understand each of the features you have, even if you don't religiously follow everything they say.

Thanks Fel !
I already saw the second guide but it's basic stuff that I already understood, but the first guide seems to be pretty good i'll take a look to that right now.

I'll ask directly here in case.
Energy at first is capped to 100k, but once I acquire basic training skills (all) and then start to upgrade them it seems that there is no max level like in ITRTG, so I end up not having enough energy to put in Augmentation or Time Machine. Is it normal or I missed something important ?

Basic training get a reduction on the amount of energy they require as they level.

Specifically you can get up to a 10% reduction on the energy required for each individual entry depending on how much you levelled it when you rebirth.
The tooltip of those basic training entries will tell you if you reached the maximum reduction or not.

It doesn't take too much to get them all low enough to have spare energy for other things, and ultimately you will get them to 1 energy each.
You will also be increasing your energy cap by spending exp and by getting equipments from adventure zones and from a few other sources (itopod being the first of those that you will unlock).

Just focus on adventure zones for now and get used to all of the features as you get them, the reduction for the basic training is something that takes a bit of time, especially since there is a maximum reduction per rebirth so if you go for fairly long rebirths it can take a while.

Okay thanks for all the informations I take note of that. But yeah I saw the reduction for the basic training, it's in green for showing me my next cap on rebirth. But i'll try to focus like you said on adventure and such and just continue to rebirth when I can.

I up my own thread because i'm wondering.
How do I up the stats of an item ? for example the Ascended Forest Pendant is on :
Power : 0/100

How am I supposed to do for upping that ? I searched a bit but can't find how to do it
Fel Mar 22, 2020 @ 5:40pm
It's not limited to that pendant, every item gets a higher cap on their stats as you merge them (level 100 has a cap that is twice the cap at level 0).
To raise the current stats up to the cap you use the boosts that drop from every adventure zones.

Power boosts raise power (and health), toughness boosts raise toughness (and regen) and special boosts raise the special bonuses.

Woah thanks man I feel stupid, I thought it was only for the cube and nothing more. I now understand how it work.

Since i'm here I unlocked the first challenge, should I do it ?
Fel Mar 22, 2020 @ 5:58pm
Not unless you really want to.
The basic challenge can be pushed back until you get to the mega land zone, at that point you start needing its reward and you have stats high enough to bulldoze through it with quick rebirths.

Similarly for other challenges you can typically wait until you start needing their reward and have gear from advanced zones to allow you to clear them without having to spend many days on them.

(For inventory things, have a look at the "WTF do I do?" page for it, there is a whole lot of informations there)

Oh said like this it seems logical then, i'll do that and wait until I really need it.
As for the "WTF do I do" I took a look at it but not enough I guess, i'll check it more closely when I can. Thanks again for all the tips you gave me honestly it's already a bunch.

Join the discord, it's much easier, The Guides are outdated and bad imo.

Wait, so you got to the challenges without upgrading your gear with boosts?

Wow!
