Upgraded Forest Pendant to 100, Advanced it with CTRL+Click, now what?

I stuck it in Day Care to advance the levels, not sure if that is the right move. Also, do I need all the other basic forest pendants that keep dropping now that I ascended the first one?

If you get another one to 100, you can get another Ascended Forest Pendant Lv0. If you get an Ascended Forest Pendant Lv100, you can get an Ascended Ascended Forest Pendant Lv0. And so on.....

Wouldn't you have to collect 10,000 forest pendants to make the first ascended one into a second ascended one?

Yes, but...

Later on Forest Pendants start dropping at higher levels -- and eventually the ascended versions drop as well. Though it still requires a lot of forest pendants to get to the current maximum ascension of it (Ascended^7)

OK so is there an efficient way to gather them without them bogging down your inventory? Sorry to be so noob

In early game, if you want to farm them I'd gather them from The Sky zone (defeat boss 48 to access it), but other than that simply expand your inventory and/or frequently merge them into one (you can use D+Click to quick merge all of them together).

Yesterday morning I had Ascended 59 and Ascended 12 at Day caring. Also I have ~400% Drop. At sky I farmed so many, now I have double ascended and 12 levels more. Usually it took 1 space of inventory, now it take 2. Also no worry about stats, it get it's own after next ascend.
