cloth or plate for Heal

Hello, I am desperate for what to take for the healer, many are running around in plate. is the plate good for the healer? is the plate enough for healing and mana for Ini and Raid and pvp? Klass Cleric

You go plate because you need the def. Healers are huge targets in pvp so you want to be able to take a hit.

Actually it depends on server population. If many ppl will play magical classes it would be better if you take cloth because your magic defense is higher. But if physical classes will dominate your server mostly, it would be wisly if you take plate instead. In each case you will roll defensive stats at your gear anyways, because being tanky as much as possible makes you survive pvp battles mostly (also better survivability in pve) better - which is your goal.

Thank you, I took Plate, at the moment I have 2 stats spirituality and suffered magic damage reduction%, let's see if it works with 3 stats)))
