The Plate vs Cloth discussion (Healer)

Having only barely broken 4k gearscore, I'm currently feeling uneasy about having elected to use plate. I saw a lot of advice pushing me in that direction, but having seen example builds of Cloth and Plate @ T2 and T4, it seems like Cloth eventually ekes out ahead of plate. There's also the matter of mana pool & consumption to consider.

I'm hoping to find someone with some more insight on the matter, because I feel like I'm going in circles with this idea of swapping over to cloth (despite the awful effort it would take). Is there anyone out there that can attest to troubles one way or the other further down the road?
