Open the game via Steam and you should get a popup to link them. Link them and it should resolve this issue. If the popup does not appear, try restarting your PC then both Steam and Glyph clients. If it still does not popup, try the following:
Close Glyph.
Go to your Start Menu -> Computer and open the Local Disk where your Steam folder is located
Click on Program Files. (Might be Program Files (x86)).
Click on Steam -> steamapps -> common -> ArcheAge: Unchained folder -> Glyph.
Find the Cache folder and empty it.
Find the Logs folder and empty it.
Delete GlyphClient.cfg, not the executeable
Open Glyph again through Steam and a popup to link should appear.
