Account creation date:
Glyph Tag:
Steam ID number:
Order ID:

To find your Steam ID number you can follow these instructions:
1. Open Steam Client -> View -> Settings
2. Click Interface -> Check Box that says "Display Steam URL address when available."
3. Click OK to apply changes.
4. Click your Steam Profile Name and select View Profile.
5. Copy the 17-digit long number--that is your Steam ID Number.*

*Note: If you have a custom URL, remove your custom URL through "Edit Profile" and leave the Custom URL box blank. Then try Step 5 again.

I was going to put in a ticket, but it does seem hopeless according to everyone else, especially if I want to take advantage of this double credits bonus time.
I am having this issue and it is incredibly frustrating - there are actually some nice things in the shop I'd like to get for cosmetics and it's crazy that it's so difficult to buy anything.

PM received from Mobi's account as advertised. It might still take weeks to fix this, given you don't want to mess with thousands of account security details without triple checking the plan, but it makes a huge difference to know someone is actively and personally looking into the problem.
