Devs, how do I purchase credits on steam version?

I click get credits and I get asked for an Authentication Code saying it was sent to some .fake.priv email address. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, I can't imagine a company being dumb enough to stop customers from spending money....

Add money to your Steam Wallet first>In game go to the cash shop and click on buy credits> overlay will popup and then you can buy the credits.

Does this work for you currently? I have plenty of money in my Steam wallet but when I click "Get Credits" in the game the steam overlay comes up and just goes to this https://i.imgur.com/OLim8Lf.png

I have got a few other people to try it that also have the game on Steam and it's working as expected for them. No idea why mine doesn't work. I would put a ticket in but you know that's never getting answered.

Edit: did some more searching, LOTS of people are having this same issue, some with tickets a month old and no response...

I am having the same issue. I heard it has something to do with if you played a game like Atlas Reactor from the same company they generated a fake email attached to steam. :/

A few people in game said it worked. But looking at that link you posted, looks totally broken.

by the looks of it, it has something to do with having an old Glyph account

Yeah that's most likely the case for me.

I haven't heard any reports of support fixing this for accounts yet, only people with 1 month+ old tickets.
