Jumpscare Warnings?

I know this game isn't labeled horror or anything, but the atmospheric nature of it has been sort of raising the tensions higher and higher as the game progresses. Are there any jumpscares or anything in this game (that aren't the electrocution punishments , which I suppose you could technically classify as jumpscares). And if there are any, what chapter do they show up in?

I'd like to avoid getting hardcore scared at all, if possible, especially considering how it doesn't appear as though you can change the size of the game from fullscreen yet.

Hi Wenzel I. Foster. The game docent really contain jumpscars but on day??? during the lockdown broadcast the Snugglehugs will jump up I suppose a bit like a jumpscare.

However as a side not you can turn the electrocution and snugglehugs off or there difficulty down. You can find this by going to Options > Game > Advanced Setting +

From there you can change the difficulty of some mechanics or even turn them off. If they are greyed out scroll up a bit to the group called GAMEPLAY and change the difficulty to custom.

As Flux has kindly said above, as of our last update the game now has accessibility settings as well as complete customisation of gameplay. It's important to us that Not For Broadcast is inclusive and accessible to everyone, so if there are specific aspects that don't work for you as the game progresses you can change any of them within the options menu :) hope you enjoy playing through!
