This is from one of the dev updates:
"As for those palyers experiening the problem, please go to your library on steam and right click on the game in the menu on the left. Choose "Properties", then go on to the "Local Files" tab and chick on "Browse Local Files". Look into the local folders and delete the two files with ".sav" in their names, then restart the game.
Yep, ReaperRei’s method should work^^ If not, please let me know and I will have the programmer looking into your case.
May I ask if your PC operates with a 64-bit graphic display card? Because the game can be opened only with a 64-bit display card. (*Please be aware that even a 64-bit computer system can be packed with a 32-bit display card.)
In most cases, the white screen occurs due to the 32-bit display card failing to load all the game’s materials. Therefore, everything is trapped in the loading process.
So, if your PC is operating with a 32-bit display card, there are 2 solutions for now:
1/ Download the game again in another PC which has a 64-bit display card.
OR
2/ Try leaving the game there for a few hours. There is one case that was able to load the game after having it loading overnight.
However, if your display card is 64-bit, please message me to get the password for the debug version and screenshot certain things for us. Then the programmer will look into your case and see what actually goes wrong.
Sorry for the inconvenience that caused 😞🙏🏻
My processor says 2.5 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5. I'm pretty sure thats 64-bit. I have a macbook pro mid 2012. I don't know how to check display card. My graphics says Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB. I don't know if that helps.
I have talked to the senior programmer. The only solution for now is to download the game again in another pc.
We hope you will understand that the 2012 macbook is too outdated to run the game... you would need a more advanced version. Really sorry about that 😞🙏🏻
