What I have used is google translate app on my phone. Theres a feature that allows you to take a picture of the text and translate. Although I would take all translations with a grain of salt as machine translation isnt the best at times.

i am guessing that naofumi is still wearing the starting outfit and haven't start the wave right? the blacksmith bro asking for materials for the barbarian armor which he needs the porcupine's leather. the monster can be found somewhere south of the ryute village
