End yep I thing that this fight need some more love. Some indication that killing him over and over again make progress. Reduce amount of times you need to kill him. And ad something new.
I thought so at first, wondering more and more how many times to kill him. This growing questioning is reinforced by the fact that he reappears in cycles of two times : you kill him, he reappears. You kill him and then, peasants appear. I kill them. Little Thomas reappears in a second cycle : I kill him, he reappears, I kill him again, peasants appear, and so on. By the fourth cycle (which amounts to killing Little Thomas eight times), it's all over, my warband has won !
The mission is relatively difficult, but after having annoyed me at first, it's actually a lot of fun. The secret (I think) to success is to coordinate your characters' actions well, keeping them as close together as possible. The use of antidotes (against poison) also helped.
Also a heads up to bring antidotes would have been nice.
