Citizenship - Adnan Bilal
Defence - Nader Addad
Finance - Karim Suleiman

My favorite Minister is Mustafa Roumi, who is an unlock, though there is general consensus that Labaki is perfect for players who play fast-and-loose with international relations. Our lead programmer loves Al-Faisal because he makes a lot of speeches from the propaganda center.
