Autosave lost???

I opened the game and it loaded me back way, way, way before where I was. I'd saved at SEVERAL white dwarf stars in the past HOUR+.

Holy ♥♥♥♥, it just did this to me as well. Somewhere between 6-10 hours gone, and I'd hit multiple waystations to save all along. That is absolutely unacceptable in a game of this type. I'm two ships back and at least half the story's plot points. Devs, how on earth do you ♥♥♥♥ up this badly? Save functionality is a *basic* game element.
