Killing jester
Is it possible to kill jester in the tutorial?

nope, that thing is invincible all game.

you can only make him wish he was dead

What's more, he summoned the final boss in the expansion so he has to live, unfortunately

Sadly no, but if you beat him for long enough he'll actually give you a new title just for it when he sings about you.

Yes it is possible to kill the jester as I just did it.
but it took 8 hours of beating him and he still reappears in the castle.
