Overlord 3 In Future?

Hello,
I Saw some useful informations on Internet, is it true that Overlord III is being Built and has all new awesome graphics and features?

I don't know where you heard it from, but Codemasters haven't said anything. They had said they weren't against making another one about a month or two back on their twitter when talking with Triumph and a fan. But the only thing that hinted at an Overlord 3 was a rumor that was said was going to be a different IP.

Oh, For Overlord 3 i have so many freakin Ideas, the game just could make a new campaign and some new graphics, then rework all new features for castle, like making 6 Castle over the world, then you teleport to some city and try to take it over and you have progress , like liberating the castles, making it in your own..

Character Creation, to make your character Skin Black, White, How Tall You are, longer Campaign, aditional campaign with DLC's, Archers, a new type of Minions , like Pure Red or something, full tank, low damage.
Liberations, you could take other's towers / Castles and have it as yours :D Maybe a Partner in Fight? So you could take a king as your Fighter. I got much ideas but , dont have much time to write them xd

Steamcloud, SteamCards and achivements is a must!.. ;)

Character progression exp to add points to custom abillities
Buy and sale weapons for your minions or just keep that they taking weapons from dead.
Bigger maps for exploration with hidden stuff to find and unlock
Multiplayer NO but concentrate on singleplayer and coop as a huge dlc when you have that working perfect. So those who want that can get that.
Maybe build your own castle with blocks? Would be cool doh ;)

And why not have it in stoneage this time around. Or maybe have big map where you can visit different eras of life. (stoneage, knight era lol even world war 1 era to kill some soldiers and have your minions wear weapons and armor lol)

-Character creation(including gender choice this time mayhaps?)

-Diplomacy(for intrigue purposes: e.g. trick the neighboring lord to give you his daughter as a consort in exchange for peace)
-More of a focus on singleplayer
-Lead entire armies into battle(control your own unit like you normally do, but have other officers in charge of their own units you can issue orders to)
-What are you an Overlord of? Become the Lord of Darkness, Lord of Chaos, Lord of Death or Lord of the Void(each title would have its own unique perks)
-Traits you develope as you make decisions throughout the story
-You are the face of evil, you are the Overlord. Conquer the world, fight the Gods, lay waste to the heavens

For the story perhaps have multiple kingdoms in the game with their own politics and wars with each other. Then, as the player becomes stronger and conquers more villages, and just becomes a bigger threat overall, have the kingdoms band together to try and stop him/her.

I like that :D I hope this'll be added, but i dont think companions would make it to the game since Miniions are mainly reason for this game.

I understand that the minions are one of the main focuses of Overlord, but I figured the companions could be the very officers you lead into battle along with your minions.

I mean, they're still technically minions, but of a more elevated status.

What I'd like to see? Option of a female Overlord. (Overlady doesn't have the right ring to it though). The overlord series is about zany humor, and it's time for another twist. :)

I've had so many hours of fun with this series it's silly. Might get the whole thing on steam just for a reminder.

As necroticchaos mentions, having 'lieutenants' in battle could work, each giving bonuses to a specific type of mininons. Due to infighting they give (much) less bonuses if you bring more than one, penalties if all of them (But they are individually stronger than a minion so it kind of balances out). Calling them companions seems a bit off - that's a hero thing. :D

I wouldn't mind the introduction of an "Overlady" as a female player myself. Just imagine the shirtless man slaves scrubbing the floors of your ornate halls and serving as devoted foot rests, while minions manicure your nails.
