It's not letting me spawn red minions

I had the minions carry the statue but I can't remember what they did with it. Now I need red minions at castle spree and it won't let me. I also have red lifeforce too so it isn't that. I don't have the teleportation option to go back to the place where the red minion statue is. What do I do? Did I do something wrong?

It's called "The Red Minion Hive". It's not a statue. You have to go back into where you killed Melvin. And looked for it again. It's still there.
