Windows 10 cannot access profiles or game saves?

After upgrading to Windows 10 I cannot access Overload saved data. It goes to profile page, but cannot load a profile or create another. Says cannot access profile file. I have 2 hard drives. One is used for system files, the other is for steam games only. Any suggestions? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Does not help.

Same problem, I fixed it by going to the overlord.exe
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Overlord\Overlord.exe"
Right click the overlord.exe, left click properties, left click Compatibility,
Run the compatibility trubleshooter, click troubleshoot program,
Tick the box: The program requires addittonal permission, then next,
You will have a pop up,

Test compatibility settings for program
Setting applied to: Overlord
User Account Control: Run as administrator.

Click test program, you will have a” User Account Control” Box come up to ask permission
To run Overlord,” may be hidden” look under any open progs,
Click yes, if it runs Ok. Close game, click next,
Click : Yes save these settings for this program,
Close trobelshooter. Make a shortcut, put on desk top, or where it suits
You should be able to run the game from, if it dose not
Right click shortcut and run as administrator, if the option is not there, go through the
Procedure above, it took me three times to work.
