In menus, mouse clicks are laggy, each time I clicke a menu, action executes 2 seconds after.
Turning the Mouse Speed to minimum does the trick! This game was made during those early days of first-person shooters, when controlling the camera position was considered interesting.
Also the cutsceen video and audio are way off, but that issue also went away with the change to the Mouse Speed.
I too had the same problem with mouse under Linux, but it works great through Proton. Also performance seems to be better and more stable than the native Linux port.
have you a date for the portability to proton ? (I play on UBUNTU) I can't see it on the page and don't know how to use it (as some others do ...)
where to find the operating mode ?
For me, if I move the mouse too fast it seems to queue up the movements with vsync on or if the framerate is capped at all.
