nvm just relized fellowship of evil still plauge on franchise maybe a overlord 5
idea for overlord 5 finally give blue minions some love because all others got upgraneds but not the blues
Yeah
1st --> Overlord (perfect)
2nd --> Overlord 2 (Slightly shorter game play and less choice of decision making)
3rd ---> Overlord dark legend (Noticeably shorter game play, extremely linear game play)
4th ---> Fellowship of evil (A heated mess of game mechanics and time)
5th ---> Minions (Your generic game-boy bootleg) -no offfense
Love overlord hath proper return
One is a game about the black baron, REALLY see the start of it all.
And 2 is a game where you play as the 2nd overlord, if you think about it he influenced the title more than any other.
I mean, he is the creator( I assume) of the tower that the 3rd(overlord) works from AND houses the tower heart that caused the magic catastrophe.
Also, for the love of god let some enemies respawn after you conquer an area. Don't know about legends and fellowship and that, but that was THE biggest complaint for overlord 2(once you conquer an area all you have to face is harmless gnomes).
My biggest concern would be if whenever they just recycle and reuse the same locations from dark legends to establish a game story-line for the Black Baron. Hard to know since we have little idea of wherever or not the Black baron travelled beyond the lands Greenvale and had become known in other parts of of the world such as Spree or Heavens peak or even Nordberg (assuming it was yet built) The game difference between the Black baron's conquering and Overlord 2 (not counting fellowship), is about 150-300ish years between, so just how much detail and structures could such a game of 'Black baron' contain, to keep game together.
Also to add I believe there was another Overlord before the Black baron, why is this well the Black baron only used the waypoints from Gromgard, but Gnarl mentions in Overlord 2 that "The minions dug their way through the Netherworld to serve the very first Overlord". So we can kinda assume that the Netherwold was a forgotten tower that was rules by an Overlord previous to the black Baron, but was much later used by the fourth Overlord (Overlord 2) A little bit of history which prolong the game's history just a little bit more. I also believe that the first minion described is actually Gnarl, but there is little evidence to support this except for his age.
they shut down a game for make a joke about them i fear what will happen to overlord a game about be a B.A guy with a army of Dum minions who die blindly for him with 1 (overlord 2 be 3) mistresses going get attack by them that's my major fear (i know odd them winning and stop it from be happening low but still to high for my likeing)
Drain wizards (blues)
No minions should hath own magic like that because it overlord hath all magic
Hard to say.
Maybe the black baron discovered the minions?
I mean I would assume he was the one who left the gauntlet the first overlord used(since it was specifically instructed to leave it to him on his 16th birthday), maybe a relic he unlocked?
Also
Well you do return to the old tower in overlord 2.
They can use the same places but they don't have to be the same design.
I mean other than name what is there to offer? forest, snowy hills, desert. Both overlord games have already used such places.
Only difference is that your outside of it instead of inside, which was kinda my point. Its the same place, just from a different angle.
