Hi guys I just bought the pack containing the 4 games of this franchise, but I'm confused about the second game, wich one is the second the Overlod II or Overlod Rising Hell? Thx for the help :)

Overlord Raising Hell is DLC for the original Overlord game so technically, that would be the next in order.

Honestly the first game chronologic is Overlord Dark Legend for Wii. After it comes with the same Overlord Overlord Minions for NDS. Then is this game with Raising Hell after playing it main campaign. After it is Overlord 2 and then the 4 Overlord game.
