I doubt you can do that. It's most probably just a joke, just as with many other things in the game. Take the lady hanging from her hair on a crack on the ceiling. It is hinted that YOU should climb up and get her down, but you can't, even if you reach her. So yeah, a joke probably.

But a shot from *inside* the washing machine is in the game's trailer!

You can climb into the middle washing machine facing the playground by crouch jumping into it and spin around in it for a few seconds but the washing machine lady is just a joke.

Ahhhhhh thank you! Damn, I recently deinstalled the game due to lack of space. But if/when I reinstall, I'll definitely try that.
