Quest 3 controller problems

Just got my quest 3 and for some reason this game won't pick up the controllers, all other games so far worked fine, so its not a controller problem, I can't even get past the loading screen, has anyone had this problem ? If so, how did you fix it, I tried disabling and enabling steam controller support and messing in the settings already, nothing worked so far
