Is it possible for a hacker to get your warpstone?

Heres what happened....

I knew I was going to be broke for the Holidays. so I have been saving my Warpstone for the coming Khorne event (I am doing a Khorne-Unidivided only themed army) and after the warpstone mining event, I had exactly 7595 saved up for it.

Today I was having a freeze up, so I logged out, and logged back in....And when I did, exactly 7000 (Even number) warpstone were gone.....I thought maybe I accidently upgraded something or made some kind of mistake, but no....Nothing new was added. I had all my building ques going and they were about what they should be. It WAS applied to the "Tzeentch" warpstone challenge score, but otherwise nothing new had been upgraded or added to my keep.

Not only does the fact that it was an exact even number bug me, but I checked, double checked, and tripple checked and I am SURE I did not spend these gems.

I have a ticket open but the wait is driving me nuts. And I don't want to touch anything until I get them to look at it. PLZ tell me they will be able to find and fix this error. They CAN keep up with all the data records, right? I'm frustrated, as I put alot of time into mining that stupid warpstone for hours upon hours. I guess I am just looking for a little reasurance.

I was sitting here and thinking.....Can hackers get on and send it to themselves or something?

Man I hope they get to the bottom of this and can check the file logs so they see I am telling the truth here....

Still no answer to my ticket......And I was so concerned with touching anything that I forgot to renew my shield, and someone wrecked me dozens of times.

I know how it sounds, but if they would just check the games codes/records they would see I am being honest with this issue and not trying to pull a fast one. I'm not a dishonest person.

But the whole things been too frustrating. I think I'm done with this game.
