Can I download and run game on cell and computer?

When in rehab I installed it on laptop with no problem. The mainframe is at home not being used. Now I am temp in hospital and I tried to download on iPhone steam but only option I found is remote uninstall laptop?

Greetings lad, W:C&C has iOS and Android client dedicated where you can log with your Steam account ID as far as know. Did your tried that? Hope could be an useful solution for your problem.

i started the game on phone, and now i can play with the same account on steam and phone.
