Restore Time Stopper

I am on Crab Skeet and i have a lever that opens a Door with a Green trip laser in front, which when you cross it, it will close the door . now near the door lever is a what looks to be a box that is clickable and its called Restore time stopper... what the hell is that?

Soon you will obtain certain item which will let you pass trough this door you mention and this clickable box refreshes cooldown of said item.

I had the same question up to a second ago.

It's a recharge point for a device you pick up later in the level. Just continue though to the platform puzzle to the end and you'll pick it up.

searched the entire island, found the time refresher at the end of the puzzle area but can't seem to find it in my inventory or anything now to active the recharge points

very confused

It's a utility like your turret, shield etc. Just go to your equipment screen and click on one of the white utility icons on the right to access the selection menu.
