Not Working with Quest 3, Virtual Desktop and Half Life Alyx

I can't seem to get this working. It works perfectly in the VRocker demo, but I can't get it to work with Half Life Alyx.

I've tried both OpenXR runtime options in Virtual Desktop, and I've tried different activation methods in VRocker (even the always on option) but still nothing. Am I missing something obvious?
