Pause Timer?

I just got this game and it's been fun, but is there a way to enable a pause timer? Most other rhythm games I've played (admittedly not many) have had a 3 second count down before restarting. It would help with stuff like arm fatigue.

Hey, what do you mean exactly by "3 second count down before restarting"? You can simply pause the game (click Esc) to let your arm rest. Do you mean 3 sec count down after unpausing?
