Played one custom charter to level 95 with no problems.
On another character it always crashes when a specific 1 vs 1 match is selected.
It crashes at the match selection screen, before I can se the oponent.
any ideas? I used all my digital deluxe gold coin to the charactor. :(
No :(
Seems like something the devlopers have to fix.
I sent a ticket because it has been 3 weeks and I still didn't get my preorder and deluxe items. All I got was a copy/pasted response saying that they sent the info to the devs so they can fix it if they feel like it (yes, the message says that it might not be fixed).
2K support is the worst I have seen in a long time.
Its bad because:
1.- They say that the problem might not be fixed, which is really not an option when it is content I payed for.
2.- They did not contact the devs to remind them of the situation (or they did not tell me about it).
3.- The copy/pasted response makes me think that they don't care. Good customer service do not do this.
2. They don't have contact with the devs to "remind" them about anything. They may be able to check the status of a bug to see if it's confirmed to be in the next update as I've seen people get that response before.
3. With an operation the size I assume they have, it's probably better for them to have templates for their responses so the wrong impression isn't given out. Plus it means they can cover multiple languages. Being limited in the naturalness of the response does not mean it's bad.
Over the years I have contacted Support from several companies. EA, Ubisoft, Microsoft, Sony, Dovetail... This has been the worst so far. That is all I have to say.
