Figures... thanks for the info.
I don't hold my breath for this game.
well you did call it, the covid pandemic and lockdowns have delayed the game for at least a few months, in heinsight it was to optimistic not to have delays during a global pandemic.
The game is currently expected for sometime in the Summer of 2022, But more information will be revealed soon. so you can keep an eye on www.deadhaussonata.com for the latest info, and of course on here on Steam.
It's summer of 2022. Any updates?
We will not be releasing this year (2022) and have switch engines to Unity HDRP. Once we feel comfortable with a release date we will post it here. Sorry, I know it is frustrating - it is for us too.
I was wondering about this switch, I take it O3DE is nowhere near a finished state to be used with actual games, certainly not networked ones I'm sure. Was Unreal part of the engine switch discussion? Would've required a bit less third party tool specialization, and probably overall better infrastructure for networking.. and well everything else really
