No, the physical copy doesn't include a steam key.

I bought the digital key on Amazon and added it to steam long ago. It's how I play it on here. this was years ago, for like 4.99

Congratulations, you now have Clive Barker's Jericho Demo on Steam. Then you can go to the root folder of the game and delete everything in it. If you have a license disk (^_~), then install the game from it on your computer and then copy the entire contents of this folder (4 GB) into an empty folder with a Steam demo. The structure of folders and files of the demo and the full version is identical. So, after these manipulations you will have a full version of the game in steam.
