Bug: Medals apparently not saving to cloud properly
I just installed this game onto my laptop and upon starting it up I did not have all of the medals that I have earned while playing on my desktop.
I have previously earned platinum on Mini, gold on Tutorial 1 and silver on New, D and Dojo, however the only medal I currently have is the platinum from Mini.

We are also investigating the cause of the bug, but Steam's Cloud sync is operated by Steam's API (game development auxiliary software), so we have not yet been able to determine the cause.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Previously, there were reports that the data of medals were not correctly synchronized between the Demo version and the Main package version, and we were able to confirm the bug as well, but we have not found a solution yet.
Due to the extremely long game volume, we absolutely want to synchronize medals and memo data.
Therefore, if Steam Cloud sync does not work, we plan to develop a communication mechanism for data storage and prepare our own cloud sync server.
However, these developments are quite long term and are very likely to be quite later.

There are such methods for manual copying, so if you want to transfer data from a normal data file, follow the procedure below to copy the folder.
(The folders copied by the update are now memo, save, and medal)
We would like to solve these problems as much as possible, but we have not successfully translated and implemented the content officially supported by Steam.
