The >100 agility is critical, it lets you act twice per turn.
Method:
Summon the lizardman* at start. He'll tank for you, so you almost don't need to worry about your own HP (almost because Rahad does have an all-hit attack).
Cast Ray Pentagram and Do or Die, refresh as needed.
Hit Rahad with normal attacks until he stops moving, healing as needed.
* To get the lizardman summon, beat him in the arena, then buy his freedom for 80k.
Definitely don't use the sylph summon the sylph unless you like taking counterattacks to the face.
Equip Scorpion Tail, Gauntlet , Imperial Tactics , Slit Talisman.
then simply just spam guard until you need to heal.
