Stuck on 'syncing'
My trapmaker (1) game crashed at chapter 7 or 8, now I can't get in the game again. I tried reinstalling the game several times, and also tried verifying game cache several times. I can launch the game, set the resoloution, I get to the logo screen, hear the music, but never get past the 'syncing' message.

I have played several chapters of Trapmaker, and now the Pirate and am stuck syncing as well. I am using Steam to log into it I verified the files, the game set the resolution (I haven't messed with anything other than Turn off the music) I just use my Mac to turn the volume up and down.

I've had the same issue here. Been stuck on syncing for the last week. Tried uninstall and reinstall the game, tried to clear all cache, tried to remove the game completely from the account, and even tried to uninstall and reinstall Steam. Done all the steps multiple times with no luck.

Can someone from Haiku games help with this? I've already emailed before (support@haikugamesco.com), but did not get any closure yet. Still stuck at syncing. Note that we dont have any issue with other games in Steam.

I googled the email address and found one that works. Hope to hear back from you soon and to be able to log in and play.
Was this ever resolved? I am having this issue now.

We experienced a brief outage with PlayFab and it messed up syncing the game for our players. A fix has been released, so you'll need to re-launch the app, and everything should be back to normal. Hope this helps!
