otherwise the scythes hit through parries in certain angles, dodging over the acid pools to a better position helps
Use perfect parry against the boss's triple attack with a heavy weapon to do big damage
This boss really feels like a skill check when it comes to parrying
The flying hooks force you to drop everything to desperately try to dodge, which is nigh impossible because the flight patterns are inconsistent and completely unpredictable; Sometimes they'll fly past you, sometimes they'll home in with unerring accuracy and other times they make a 180º turn in mid-air for no apparent reason. Between that, the fact that there's two of them so it's very common to dodge/parry one only to get inmediately smacked in the face by the other, and the fact that it's very easy to get boxed in by the acid streams and, most of the time, it feels like it's nearly impossible not to get pummeled.
The rest of the boss' routine is annoying but not that terrible, but that one attack makes the entire ordeal a completely unfun excercise in frustration. Bonus points by the fact that the boss all but spams it.
