Is there a graphic settings menu or? Getting ludicrous FPS rates (300-400) and really high CPU loading as a result, so looking to turn on vsync or an FPS cap. Also not sure what the resolution is, and hard to tell if it's intentionally fuzzy or because it's running at something other than the optimal setting for my screen. There is a config file but not sure what could be added to manually adjust options....

I live in the US, and there is no purchase option for the game. What is the deal with that?

I've got 50hp and he has 1000hp I can avoid getting hit all day long but this fight will take over an hour. Is this supposed to be that way. I really want that judo throw but not that bad. Story doesn't seem to progress otherwise.
