game stuck load when go to arena or leave arena for some reason

unzip&put those 2 in the game folder to replace the old one ,credit to one of my friend.

I happen to notice when I try to repair file with stream and those 2 is the file that always broke ,so I ask my friend who not have this problem to upload this for me and it's work.

Opening the Battle Pass keeps softlocking the game, can't even claim any rewards as a result of this.

Unable to activate Chiara's WB in training.

The WB Gauge is full...and mode change doesn't work. It works in arena though.

The 4th anniversary orders doesn't show up in the order interface, is there an additional trigger condition to this(other than date)?
