This game needs basic visual novel UI

I just started this game (on PC, full screen) and already, I really miss visual novel controls.

i.e.

- Open the menu during visual novel scenes
- Save the game at any time
- Exit to desktop at any time
- Read the chat history / backlog
- Auto mode (where the chat moves itself forward after a while)

The game won't even play friendly and minimise itself if I switch to another application. It refuses to give up focus so you're really trapped.

This seems fine as a picross game, but awful in terms of standard visual novel user interface.

I'm hoping this is something devs are working on? (pretty please with sugar on top?)

it's very far from a standard picross user interface as well.

I would also like to request that the music changes when you're doing puzzles. Not that the music in the game isn't great, but the theme song on repeat can get old. xD
