Aaravi RNG ending potentially bugged?

I'm not sure if its actually bugged but one issue I'm currently dealing with (and seen others have trouble with) is trying to get Aaravi's RNG secret ending to activate. I've gotten 2/3 variations of her RNG ending but now for some reason I can't get the event to activate again for that third variation. I've been at this for hours and hours with no luck, I even got Milo and Damien's RNG endings after failing to get Aaravi's last RNG ending variation so I know its not an issue with the RNG endings in general.

I've done everything I can think of to make it activate from only going to the lake and doing long games, but it just doesn't seem to want to activate anymore. Any help on what the heck to do?

Same here! I really don't understand how it could be this uncommon, especially since I got the first two without much issue. I've done tons of runs with 4 characters all pursuing Aaravi, and that lake corpse event just will not show.
