Aaravi Endings won't load

I'm hesitant to make this post but I've seen other people with this problem too. Trying to get all the endings for Aaravi and I've been trying for several nights to get the last Bagel/Dungeon ending to no avail. I only have one left and for some reason it just doesn't load the event at all. I've seen other people on steam with the same problem and it makes me wonder if this is a bug?

Only noticed this post now, but yeah I've been having the same problem.
Trying out the latest patch now to see if I can get it to trigger now.

EDIT: Well, after trying for like an hour straight I finally got it to pop. When I tried to play in multiplayer with myself.

I have the same problem, I have literally going at this for hours and I can't get the last secret ending I need :/ I have the Hex secret ending and the Aaravi secret ending, I'm missing the threesome ending and the event that triggers it won't appear anymore

I need four more outcomes for Aaravi's secret endings but it's really bad RNG. I have been playing for a few hours everyday for the past five days and I have seen it pop ONCE. It's awful.

I have constantly been playing Aaravi's route for 5 hours, skipping everything i can, but the event just dosen't trigger. I'm only missing the bagel and hex ending, so infuriating

I'm having this problem too, I really hope something can be done about it, like adding a drink that lets you trigger it after you've got one or two of its endings.
