How to get the "Crystal Quarry" achievement?

It seems impossible to get 5 rainbow mana as basic mana.

You need five different types of mana, not 5 rainbow mana.
Meaning white, red, black, green and blue (get lucky with three other colors options on starting relic switch and on bosses to get this set of mana).
