Wine/alcohol Dissapear from fermentation tank

Lately, since wine takes the longest to ferment, I left a batch fermenting before going to sleep in the fermentation tanks.

As the day passes, the wine normally still continues the fermentation process:

But if I close the game at that point (taking advantage of the fact that the game has been saved at the end of the day), my wine disappears:

Where is my wine guys? They are robbing me! Some kind of wine-stealing thief is sinking me financially. I'm broke dude, I'm broke! xD

This has happened to me before as well. I was on day 2 of a new save so I just restarted my playthrough.
