rent a room quest? need help

me and my friend are playing travellers rest coop
we are rep 12 but we cant find out how to start the rent a room quest anybody can help?

Buy a construction table from the sawmill in town, place it outside your tavern, and interact with it.

My wife and I play coop, too, and in multiplayer, there are no tutorials whatsoever. Had to google this as well. Buy a construction table, create a room (2 floor tiles are needed for a doorway, 8 floor tiles for a room). The host needs to do this - they get a reception desk as a reward. The client player does not, so we had to find that out as well. Place a bed, a chair, a table and some light inside and hire a housekeeper and you're good to go.
