The various soups sell pretty well and have a bit of overlap on the base ingredients. I usually have them all in stock. Turnips, beetroot and cauliflower are easy enough to grow, and bases of pumpkin broth and lamb broth maximize your profits from the recipes that need them.
Thanks for the tip on soups/broth. I knew about pumpkin, gonna try the others you mention
I need more herbage for that to work. Forget the game....
Cheers..!
Just a terrible oversight from devs.
This. I had a big stock of all the herbs and glad I did because I wasn't getting enough from picking in the wild. I don't get why the devs did that, bad move.
Agreed! I've mostly enjoyed the changes since I first got the game in May last year, but this change is one of a few that I just don't understand and don't like.
Too many things require herbs and there's not enough of them that spawn daily. I'm lucky to have a stockpile of them, too, from when we could grow them.
If we can't grow them anymore for whatever reason, then either increase the spawns, or maybe Bob should sell an extra handful of them - as well as the seasonal mushrooms and berries - as things he 'forages.' There needs to be more of them obtainable in the game somehow
We're playing observation duty with finding herbs (and mushrooms)
Devs, please add a slight glimmer/glow to everything that can be picked up.
Cheers..!
