Radiant fishing rod?
Where can I get the radiant fishing rod? I don't see it being sold from the woman at the pier.

it seems to have disappeared from her shop. not sure if they took it off, or if you can only access it after you hit a certain level. but i got it earlier, and it doesn't make much difference to the normal rods - or at least, i dont notice any significant difference. the fishing bar isn't bigger, the fish still can dart around endlessly. not sure if it helps catch the more "difficult" fish but there isn't any hint (at all or at the moment) whether the fish have different difficulty levels.

I noticed this also.
The radiant fishing rod was no longer available to purchase after completing the fishing quest, Is it gated behind another quest/achievement now?

It would be nice to know if this is intended or a bug, I was just about to purchase it. lol

i may need to try with my new save file and see what's happened!

I can save you the trouble, in my old save (prior to the city update) I saw it for sale,
and after a bunch of updates it's not there.

I also started a new save after that, and I never saw it for sale.

If it's become gated by a new quest or achievement. or maybe it's restricted to season?

I hope when it comes back it's worth having.... Lackluster is too kind a word to describe its affect on my fishing.

It was added by mistake in the last update (in fact it missed some animations), it will be added in more advanced versions during the early access.

Nice to know it will return better than it was..!!

Question..: Will it have a level up or an add on to make fishing a show up and get fish thing so we don't have to futz with fishing so much..?

Like a button or a skill or something that you can trigger after getting it that will allow you to "automate" the actual fishing part. (....also maybe a trash button so you always catch trash after you press it...)

Make it take time of course, but just do the reeling so I don't have to.

My hand and eye coordination department will thank you. ?B)
