i'll agree with you though, im not a fan of this change.
Because fruit is featured in many recipes in the game. Dishes, juices, flavored beers and more cocktails. Wine in comparison was far behind, so we wanted a complex elaboration that could be made from wine.
Also not a fan of this change.
It would be nice if Brandy could be made from wine OR fruit in order to make the recipe more flexible. (it could have a price difference between the two)
Unless the sell price of brandy is drastically higher than wine I don't know if i'll be crafting it.
p.s. about Vodka - Please give the recipe the flexibility to use a grain OR potato to craft it.
I'm always in favor of having more than one ingredient able to be used to craft drinks.
